All written cost quotations generated by Agarwal Domestic feature an itemized layout detailing packing material inventory, transport fuel allocations, and toll-tax overheads. Estimates remain legally binding for exactly 15 business days from issuance. Any adjustments to the consignment manifest size, destination coordinates, or floor placement height during packing will immediately alter the final cost breakdown.

2. Payment & Settlement Terms

Clients are required to adhere to our standard commercial billing profile structures:

• Token Advance: A non-refundable advance fee of 20% is collected upon final confirmation to secure specific vehicle fleet and packaging material allocation.
• Loading Balance: An addition of 60% of the aggregate tariff balance must be cleared once packing wraps resolve and loading concludes at the origin terminal.
• Final Handover: The outstanding balance of 20% must be paid prior to offloading and final box layout placement at destination drop-off points.

3. Strict Contraband & Exclusions

For absolute transport safety and regulatory compliance guidelines under the Indian Carriage by Road Act, our teams are completely prohibited from packing, loading, or moving hazardous materials. This includes LPG cylinders, loose petroleum products, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, corrosive compounds, and loose chemical batteries. Clients must personal secure gold jewelry, physical bonds, laptops, and vital statutory legal identity documents.

4. Delay & Storage Clauses

While our network maps operate around predictive transit milestones, Agarwal Domestic cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries caused directly by unexpected extreme weather bottlenecks, nationwide infrastructure strikes, or sudden regulatory state checkpoint closures. If real estate delays emerge at your destination, consignments will route directly to our secure storage warehouses at prorated weekly storage rates.

5. Transit Multi-Peril Insurance & Claims

Transit insurance coverage operates exclusively based on itemized asset evaluation sheets compiled prior to container sealing protocols. Agarwal Domestic cannot fulfill internal repair calculations or replacement claims for electronic hardware assets experiencing minor software malfunctions post-transit if the outer structural protective shell shows no signs of physical impact damage. All claim tracking applications must drop via official support emails within 48 hours of destination cargo offloading loops.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms, contracts of carriage, and customer care interaction files are regulated and analyzed in absolute compliance with individual statutory provisions under central Indian legislation. Any legal litigation, service friction complaints, or arbitration claims filed against our company fall solely under the exclusive jurisdiction of the municipal courts in Agarwal Domestic, Gujarat, India.
